Aeryon Ashlie is an Author, Speaker, Holistic Nutritional Coach, Certified ED Recovery Coach, Former Fitness Competitor, Trainer and Account Manager for one of the leading supplement companies in Canada. After experiencing severe weight fluctuations for most of her life, a 20+ year battle with Bulimia and a negative relationship with food Aeryon is eager to share her strategies in how she created Health and Wellness Sustainability. She is a strong believer of a Holistic Intuitive Approach, with focus on the relationship between the mind, body and spirit. After years of working through her own struggles and those of her clients Aeryon realizes that unless the internal dialogue aligns with one’s Health and Fitness goals finding consistency can be a challenge.

Chair Yoga – Many mat yoga poses have been adapted for the chair, offering gentle stretching to ease muscle tension due to long sitting at meetings, conferences or sitting in front of a computer. Demonstration will include introduction to breath work, stretching, gentle spine twists, hip openers, shoulder rolls, lower back release.

About the Presenter:

Aleeta Grant has Master’s Degree in Education. She is a Chopra Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation teacher. She infuses her sessions with more than just the “how to” of yoga. She shares her passion for the positive impact that yoga brings to daily living. Aleeta works with body centred breath techniques allowing her to stay close to her feelings and emotions. Her yoga practice supports this too, letting her body guide her in making choices that allow her to grow, open and stay present throughout her day.

Trained at the Richmond Academy and has a degree in Dance Science from California State University. She has been teaching dance for more than 10 years in Vancouver/Lower Mainland, and is also Pilates, Smart core, and Nutrition Certified.

Becca, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Has been professionally dancing for more than 10 years, and is certified in Salimpour format. She’s also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Master Remote Viewer, and Energy Medicine student. She loves showing people how to increase their vitality through dance.
